In the case of a bigger or lesser plot, a sum equivalent to the size of shortage or excess
multiplied by price per square meters will be refunded or demanded.

The Estate is free from every known Government acquisition/interest and there is no adverse
claimant.

What other payments do I pay apart from the payment on the land?

  • Premium/Developmental fee N999, 000 per plot (Payable within 6months but Subject to review)
What will the premium/Developmental fee be used for?

For the provision of facilities within the Estate namely Road, Electricity, Drainage, Perimeter
fencing with lovely Gate House, Green Area, Water system, Security etc.

When will my plot(s) be allocated to me?

At full payment

What do I get after completion of payments for the land?

Letter of Allocation, Approved Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment and a Copy of the Global
Certificate of Occupancy.

Does Hampton Court and Estate have a Certificate of Occupancy?

Lexshield Properties Limited has initiated the process of getting the C of O which will be
secured before the expiration of the installment period.

Can I pay a deposit and pay the balance any time within the duration of tenure

Yes, but payments must be made on monthly basis without default within the stipulated 30
times.

Is there any restriction as to type of building I can build?

Yes, you are limited to build residential houses within the area designated as residential and
commercial houses on area designated as commercial.

Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?

Allottees are encouraged to take possession and develop their plot within a year of allocation
in order to control weeds; in case where the land is left unkempt expenses incurred in clearing
will be transferred to the allottee.
